New at Bay Street

Bay Street Theatre has welcomed Diana Aceti as its new director of development. A Sag Harbor resident, Ms. Aceti, who spent the last year at the Watermill Center as director of external relations and advancement, has over 20 years of experience in fund-raising, marketing, and strategic planning.

Juices, in Theory

Theory stores in East Hampton and Southampton have added organic juices to their offerings this summer. Partnering with Organic Avenue, a New York juice and vegan food provider, Theory’s South Fork retail locations will each have a stand-alone fridge with a variety of bottled juices, “booster shots” of juices like aloe, wheatgrass, and ginger, and even children’s juices.

“It’s a mini retail store inside our retail store,” Julianna Simmons, a public relations manager for Theory, said over the phone earlier this month. The Organic Avenue pop-ups opened at the East Hampton and Southampton stores on Saturday. Organic Avenue will also provide “concierge” cleanse services, according to a release.

In East Hampton, Theory is at 46 Newtown Lane. The Southampton store is at 98-100 Main Street. Both are open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Fitness, Inside and Out

Integrated Fitness and Lifestyle Design From the Inside Out, a new venture launched by Michelle Weber, a certified mind-body personal trainer and holistic health coach, is conducting private and group sessions in June, July, and August at Philosofit in East Hampton.

Ms. Weber also schedules home sessions in Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Pilates, and dance on the South Fork and in New York.

Now, Hampton Botanicals

Kate Pratt and Michel Mazuret, the owners of East Hampton Gourmet Foods, are expanding their health-minded business sense to a new company, Hampton Botanicals, an all natural, ayurvedic skin care line.

The products are derived from plant extracts and therapeutic-grade essential oils and use organic emulsifiers. Hampton Botanicals produces antioxidants and creams, lotions, and serums with anti-aging, brightening, firming, exfoliating, and moisturizing properties. They contain no parabens, sulfates, phthalates, petrochemicals, silicone, or artificial fragrances or colors.

They are available at the Monogram Shop on Newtown Lane in East Hampton and directly through Ms. Pratt and Mr. Mazuret at East Hampton Gourmet Foods, in the back building at 66 Newtown Lane. Soon, they will be sold through the company’s Web site, hamptonbotanicals.com.
