blumenfeld + fleming Awards

Blumenfeld + fleming, a design and marketing firm in Montauk run by Lynn Blumenfeld and Jill Fleming, has added still more awards to its growing list of industry accolades. Last month the company won 10 MarCom Awards — four platinums and six golds — and an honorable mention for print, web design, Instagram engagement, and a Facebook campaign.

It was recognized for the website it did for East End Hospice’s Camp Good Grief, radio and print ads for Suffolk County National Ban, print ads for LaGuardia Design, and print, email blasts, and radio spots for Audi/Mini and BMW. A social media campaign for Landscape Details, a magazine ad for LaGuardia Design, and a website for the FKMS law firm also won judges’ nods.

Marketing Hall of Famer

Jamie Stanco of Water Mill and Huntington was recently inducted into the Direct Marketing Association of Long Island’s Hall of Fame for his “commitment to direct marketing, innovative strategies, and ethical practices,” according to his company, Progressive Marketing Group.

Mr. Stanco, who is president of the company, has worked in the field for some 40 years on marketing, branding, and promotion of regional, national, and international interests.
