Despite the season, fresh foods and items made by East End purveyors are not a thing of the past. All manner of produce, eggs, cheeses, baked goods, and other comestibles can be found at the Riverhead Farmers Market, an indoor affair that takes place on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 117 East Main Street.

The market will run through the end of April.
