At the Springs Tavern

Star Staff

In addition to food, the Springs Tavern also serves up music. Tomorrow, a special tribute to the Allman Brothers will feature Andy Aledort, Bosco Michne, Rich Rosch, and Roy DeJesus at 9 p.m. There will be no cover charge.

Mr. Aledort, a blues-rock guitarist, performs with his band the Groove Kings regularly in the area and has recorded several albums. He appears on the “Dickey Betts and Great Southern: 30 Years of Southern Rock” DVD.

The restaurant has also announced a new “first responder Thursday,” when police and fire officials with identification will receive 25 percent off their entire order.
