William H. Jackson
William H. Jackson of Main Street in East Hampton Village died on Monday. He was 90 and had lived in the village since retiring some years ago from the Doyle Dane Bernbach advertising firm in Manhattan, a friend of his, Ernest Leatherwood, said.
Mr. Jackson was born on Feb. 8, 1926; Mr. Leatherwood did not know where. He was a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va., and a veteran of World War II. Mr. Leatherwood said Mr. Jackson was a world traveler, active in the art world, and an avid reader.
