Craig H. Handler, Karen A. Hoeg, and Bernadette E. Tuthill, associates at the law firm Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin, and Quartararo, have been promoted to partner, a spokesman for the firm announced this week.

Mr. Handler’s practice includes business and corporate law and real estate, and he serves as a judge advocate assigned to the 7th Legal Support Detachment, 88th Brigade of the New York National Guard. Ms. Hoeg focuses on real estate, land use, zoning, and environmental law, and Ms. Tuthill practices in wills, elder law, trusts and estates, and corporate law.

“They have excelled in their respective practice areas, and their new positions within the firm recognize their dedication and hard work,” said Stephen B. Latham, a senior partner.
