The winners of the East Hampton Town Anti-Bias Task Force's bumper sticker design contest were announced this week.

Elle Reidlinger, a fifth grader at the Montauk School, was the overall winner in the age 6 to 9 category. Zane Karoussos of the Springs School won the age 10 to 13 category. In the 14 to 18 age group there were three honorees, W. Hopkins, Bryan Munoz, and Matthew Vizcaino, who are all Springs School students, with Bryan coming out on top as the overall winner in that group.

The task force "was very pleased with the heartfelt entries," East Hampton Town Councilwoman Sylvia Overby said in a statement. "There is a clear understanding by the young people that submitted entries that diversity strengthens our community and, to a greater extent, the world we live in."
