At the East Hampton Library
The East Hampton Library is calling on local teens to take a survey about coping during the hard times caused by Covid-19. "Let's help each other out by sharing how we are getting through the pandemic," the library said in an announcement.
The online survey, Lessons From a Pandemic, can be accessed at easthamptonlibrary.org through the next several weeks. The library says the best answers will be shared publicly but anonymously.
This weekend's teen take-and-make project from the library is candy-heart marble magnets. Supplies can be picked up at the library from 3 to 5 p.m. tomorrow.
Also for teens, the library will have an online gaming session, with favorites such as Among Us and Drawize, on Tuesday from 4 to 5 p.m. Participants will need two electronic devices to take part.
The Retreat and its Teen Leaders group will host a Zoom session about healthy relationships, and how social media reinforce unhealthy behaviors, on Wednesday at 5 p.m. The library will sign off on community service hours for teens who take part. Sign-up for all events is on the library's website or by phone at 631-324-0222.
