Much to Do at Marders

For kids with earthy interests, Marders, the popular garden shop in Bridgehampton, has some unique upcoming offerings.

A workshop titled Terrarium Gardens for Kids: Creating a Living Ecosystem will take place Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon. The program repeats on Wednesday, Feb. 21, from 3 to 4 p.m.

On Saturday, Feb. 24, it’s “herb thyme” for children, with a program titled Making Salves and Creams from 11 a.m. to noon. It repeats on Wednesday, Feb. 28, from 3 to 4.

The cost for each of these sessions is $25 per child and advance registration is required at marders.com.
