Tomorrow and Saturday, the student actors and singers of South Fork Performing Arts will take on a beloved musical tale that needs little in the way of introduction — “The Wizard of Oz.”

This production stars a trio of veteran performers alongside a cast ranging from fourth graders to 12th graders, hailing from all local schools.

Dorothy will be played by Dakota Quackenbush, an Emerson College-bound senior from East Hampton High School who also took part in the organization’s very first show, “Antigone Now,” back in 2018. Nicky Seitz, an East Hampton senior and future Emerson student who stole the East Hampton High School stage last year as Granny Addams in “The Addams Family,” portrays the Wicked Witch. Siena Link Morse, an East Hampton senior headed to N.Y.U.’s Tisch School of the Arts, plays the Cowardly Lion.

“This will be a wildly entertaining performance you won’t want to miss,” South Fork Performing Arts said in a statement.

Showtimes are tomorrow at 7 p.m. and Saturday at 2 and 7 at LTV Studios at 75 Industrial Road in Wainscott. Tickets cost $25 each and can be bought online at bit.ly/4d0dWDO.
