Comedic Canine Chuckles

The circus performers Johnny Peers and the Muttville Comix are coming to LTV Studios for tomorrow’s Friday Family Frolics series tomorrow at 5 p.m. to make the whole family hoot and holler.

Families can enjoy a slapstick comedy act with a dozen “zany, scene-stealing pooches” who perform all sorts of tricks with Johnny, a graduate of Ringling Brothers Clown College.

The show stars dogs-turned-comedians mostly rescued from shelters and pounds, who create fun for the whole family. The Muttville Comix have appeared at some big-name venues, including the White House, on “Late Show with David Letterman,” at Disneyland, and with the Big Apple Circus and the Royal Hanneford Circus. Tickets are $10 in advance at ltveh.org and $15 at the door. — Jade Acker
