A Correction
Laura Donnelly's "East End Eats" column in the Oct. 15 issue of The Star "Dining Out All Year, Literally" included two recipes with insufficient attribution. Both recipes, which were correctly credited to South Fork chefs, were taken from "The Ladies' Village Improvement Society Cookbook: Eating and Entertaining in East Hampton" by Florence Fabricant, which was not credited. The Star and the writer regret the omission.
