Hampton Eats in East Hampton is offering drawings every day until Friday, Dec. 22, for free items from its vendors.

Fun and Games
What was Bamboo for many years in East Hampton and most recently O by Kissaki -- a branch of the Manhattan sushi and omakase restaurant chain that currently has an outpost in Water Mill -- is now Kizzy T's. The new restaurant is connected to K Pasa in Sag Harbor and Kumiso in East Hampton.

The same kind of playfulness seen at the other two spots translates into the inside of Kizzy T's, where classic frat-house basement games like foosball, pool, and shuffle board take up much of the space, large TVs are in place to watch sports, and the menu is an international mash up of fun pub grub, often borrowed from or inspired by Kumiso.

There are snacks like edamame and shrimp crackers, wings with cheese and curry, grilled mini lamb chops with a plum teriyaki glaze, and tempura salt and pepper shrimp. Sandwiches include Kizzy T's take on a smash burger (natch), chicken sandwich, and bahn mi. A vegetarian section has choices like miso mac and cheese, umami wraps, fries, and poutine with multiple topping choices, same with the house salad. Dessert is the kind of crepe and cream cake Lady M's group of boutique bakeries have made into an international obsession.

To drink are sake and beer, along with a Trader Vic's inspired cocktail list with mai tais, Japanese gimlets, lychee tinis, ginger-ritas, and honeybees featuring Japanese whiskey and muddled smoked salt. Can a scorpion bowl be far behind?

Hours are from 5 to 11 p.m. on Sundays and Mondays and until midnight from Thursday through Saturday. It is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Tables can be reserved on Resy.

Twelve Days of Cheer
Hampton Eats has a 12 Days of Giveaways promotion for the holidays. Underway since Sunday, there are different prizes drawn for every day until Friday, Dec. 22. Winners will have 30 days to claim their gifts. Remaining drawings include hot chocolate and a piece of crumb cake, an 18-inch pizza with one topping, different boxes of 10 croissants, a Villa Italian Specialties sandwich, a smoothie, and a seven-inch cake. Those interested in entering should stop by the store and fill out a form to be submitted for the drawing.

Roth's Saturday Supper
Armin and Judy's Saturday Supper Symposium will host Roman Roth, the winemaker and cellar master of Wolffer Estate Vineyard, this week. From 5 to 8 p.m., he will share Wolffer wines that have been matched with a four-course tasting menu by the restaurant's chef, Joseph Thompson, along with the restaurant's homemade breads and desserts.

The subject of the dinner is "what makes a world class wine" and Mr. Roth will also discuss the past, present, and future of the vineyard through its wines as he tackles terroir, climate change, and predictions of what is to come. He'll also cover ordering wine in a restaurant and wine storage at home.

The welcome quaff will be the 2022 Summer in a Bottle rose. Serving as the past is a library wine, a 2010 Perle chardonnay. A Grapes of Roth merlot will stand for the present, and the future is marked by Christian's Cuvee pinot noir, a barrel sample from the 2022 vintage. Late Harvest Ice Wine from 2000 will be served with dessert.

The cost is $125 per person plus tax and tip. Space is limited and reservations are strongly recommended.

Almond's Specials
Almond restaurant in Bridgehampton has a new two-course prix fixe for $39 on Tuesdays through Thursdays all night and from 5 to 7 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. There are also nightly specials such as a Tuesday burger and beer special for $25, bottomless mussels and fries for $25 on Wednesday, and a Thursday ramen du jour for $29. Almond is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Naturally Good-bye
Naturally Good in Montauk is closed for renovations, but plans to reopen on Jan. 11. The food store has gift cards available for the holidays on its website.
