Photography Class for Kids Starts Friday

Mon, 03/06/2023 - 12:19

Project Most is offering a six-week photography class for students in grades four through 12 on Friday afternoons, titled See How You Feel, starting this week at the Most Holy Trinity school building in East Hampton.

The program is free to its participants thanks to a grant from the Anna Mirabai Lytton Foundation. Classes run from 3 to 5:30 p.m. through April 28 (no class on April 7 and 14). Students must commit to all six sessions. Cameras are provided.

The instructors, Linda Alpern and Gerry Gilberti, will lead students on an exploration of their environment with specific lessons on composition, framing, lighting, focusing, and choosing subject matter.

Students can sign up online via the Project Most website.
