An Earth Day Creativity Challenge From Southampton Arts Center

Tue, 04/21/2020 - 16:50
Scrap paper, used toilet paper rolls, aluminum foil, other odds and ends? Before you throw it away, use it to complete this Earth Day creativity challenge.
Southampton Arts Center

Wednesday is the 50th anniversary of Earth Day, and the Southampton Arts Center is celebrating with Trash to Treasure, the third in its weekly Creativity Challenge series. The center is soliciting documentation of imaginative projects using household waste products such as empty paper towel rolls, Purell containers, and anything else otherwise destined for disposal.

Photographs or videos can be emailed to [email protected] along with the artist's name, age (if under 18), location, Instagram handle, and title of the creation. Submissions will be posted on social media and in a final video presentation for YouTube.
