Sag Harbor Chamber Needs Help

Thu, 11/21/2019 - 17:37

The Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce, which holds several annual events, including HarborFrost, HarborFest, the Easter Bonnet and Ragamuffin parades, and the arts and crafts fair, is seeking volunteers for the committees that manage them.

Most immediately, help is needed with Small Business Saturday, a nationwide effort that promotes sales at local stores, this year on Nov. 30, and with the holiday village committee, which pays for Christmas trees around the village and manages Santa’s visit at the Long Wharf windmill on Dec. 1.

For HarborFrost, which is held in February, volunteers are needed to oversee the entire event, to manage the children’s activities, and to coordinate the ice sculptures.
