In Montauk, a Theatrical Scavenger Hunt, Medical Supplies, and a Virtual 5K

The Montauk Food Pantry is hosting a Montauk Need 2 Feed Virtual 5K to raise money for food for the pantry and to help feed more than 275 families every other week. Beginning on Saturday and ending on May 17, run, walk, hike, or jog anywhere and post your results. The Neo-Political Cowgirls, a South Fork nonprofit theater and dance company, with Kate Mueth as artistic director, will present “Primavera!” — a mythical celebration of spring in theatrical scavenger form — online on Sunday at 5 p.m. This is similar to the com­pany’s “Zima” performance in downtown Montauk in February and is appropriate for all ages. Tickets can be purchased at npcowgirls.com.

The Montauk Chamber of Commerce has medical supplies in bulk for chamber members to purchase, including ear loop face masks, vinyl exam gloves, hand sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes. Those interested have been asked to email kay.tyler@ montaukchamber.com.
