The Wellness Foundation's latest Jumpstart 360 workshop, promoting healthy eating and overall well-being amid the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, begins on Tuesday, Feb. 23.

The program is four weeks long and features information on plant-based diets, custom exercise goals, ways to increase energy and sleep better, stress management, and more.

"We know that wellness isn't just about nutrition, so our life-changing program goes beyond the plate, where so many other approaches fall short," the foundation says in an announcement.

The program costs $199 and registration is ongoing through Tuesday. The Wellness Foundation is based in Sag Harbor, but its online platform means anyone can take part, regardless of location. More information is online at wfeh.org.
