The Springs Food Pantry’s annual Chowdah Chowdown fund-raiser will happen under a tent at Ashawagh Hall on Saturday from noon to 3.

Tickets are $50 and include unlimited samples of chowder — New England clam, Manhattan clam, crab and corn, fish, and others — as well as wine from Channing Daughters Winery, draft beer from Springs Brewery, and to-go containers.

Participating eateries this year include the 1770 House, Bonfire Coffeehouse, Bostwick's Seafood, Christian's by Wolffer Estate, the Clam Bar, Doubles, Rosie's, and the Springs Tavern and Grill. Chefs, including Peter Ambrose, Jeremy Blutstein of Mavericks Montauk, Derek Freedman, and Carolyn Stec of Sen, will cook up pots of chowder, and there will also be steaming pots of briny delight by the Cookery, East End Food, the Amagansett Seafood Store, the Honest Man restaurant group, Silverspoon Specialties, and the personnel of the Coast Guard Station Shinnecock.

Along with the unlimited chowder, ticket holders can take home a container of their favorite at the end of the feast. Tickets are available on the food pantry's website.

Deep History in Sag Harbor Headstones’ Restoration
