Haunted Library Returns in East Hampton

Fri, 10/27/2023 - 08:59

The East Hampton Library's Haunted Library is not for the faint of heart. In fact, this night of fright on Saturday is for adults and children 12 or older, and the aim is to get visitors quaking in their boots. Advance registration is required for time slots between 6 and 9 p.m. through the calendar page on the library's website, by phone at 631-324-0222, or at the adult reference desk.

In other matters in keeping with Halloween week, Kerriann Flanagan Brosky, a historian and author, and Joe Giaquinto, a medium and paranormal investigator, will be at the library on Monday at 6:30 p.m. to talk about "Haunted Long Island Mysteries," which is also the title of Ms. Flanagan Brosky's latest book. According to the library, they'll share "tales of ghostly adventures" that "weave local history with the spiritual realm."

Really, really big.
