Leila Zhaklin Shahidinia, the daughter of Derakhsh and Habib Shahidinia of Sari, Persia, is to be married to Justin Septimus Osborne, a.k.a. Justin Osborne Hurdel, the son of Darrin Hurdel of Lake Havasu City, Ariz., and Candace Osborne of East Hampton.

He is the 12th generation of his family to grow up in East Hampton, and is the grandson of Charles J. and Patricia Osborne.

He proposed to Ms. Shahidinia in the middle of the Natchez Trace Parkway Bridge, between Nashville and Franklin, Tenn., on April 3. She said yes.

They are planning to be married on the island of St. Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands in August in a semi-traditional/Baha'i ceremony on the beach at sunset.

Ms. Shahidinia is in nursing school and will earn her registered nurse degree in 2021. She intends to work as a surgical nurse, while continuing her education to become a nurse practitioner. Her future husband is a global clinical study planning manager for an international biotech/pharmaceutical company, and is working toward his master's degree in clinical research management.

The couple live in the Bellevue district of Nashville.
