A wake for Richard Bono will be held on Saturday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Yardley and Pino Funeral Home in East Hampton. A funeral will take place on Sunday at 11 a.m. at Cedar Lawn Cemetery here. Mr. Bono died at home in East Hampton on Saturday. He was 86. An obituary will appear in a future issue.
The East Hampton Historical Society broke ground on a climate-controlled collections-storage center at the Mulford Farm last Thursday. It will unite the historical society’s 20,000 archival items — now stored at five separate sites — under one roof.
