Visiting hours for Jo-ann Valcich of Montauk will be held on Saturday from 3 to 8 p.m. at the Yardley and Pino Funeral Home in East Hampton. Ms. Valcich died yesterday at the Kanas Center for Hospice Care in Quiogue. She was 75. An obituary will appear in a future issue.
The East Hampton Historical Society broke ground on a climate-controlled collections-storage center at the Mulford Farm last Thursday. It will unite the historical society’s 20,000 archival items — now stored at five separate sites — under one roof.
