A service for Gerald Schneider of Springs will be held on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Yardley and Pino Funeral Home in East Hampton. Mr. Schneider, who was 70, died of a heart attack on Feb. 8 in New York City. An obituary will appear in a future issue.

Memorial contributions have been suggested to the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons, P.O. Box 2616, East Hampton 11937, the A.S.P.C.A. at aspca.org, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at stjude.org or 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn. 38105.
