Sag Harbor police received a call Friday night reporting a white utility van with ladders on its roof driving erratically on Main Street. Police pulled it over and arrested Jose O. Segarra-Aguirre, 32, of Southampton, who reportedly performed poorly on roadside sobriety tests and refused to take either a field breath test or the Intoxilyzer test at headquarters. Police also charged him with unlicensed driving.

He was released the next morning after posting $200 in bail.

Sag Harbor Teen Found Safe

Update: Jessica M. Morocho Aguagallo, a 16-year-old Sag Harbor resident reported missing last week, was located and returned safely to her family Sunday night.
