A Diane Drive woman told police on Jan. 14 that she and her husband had spent $300 to renew their global entry passport ID on a website, and that she believed they were overcharged. Police filed a fraud report on Dec. 18 for a Springy Banks Road woman who not only reported $1,403 of fraudulent charges on her Amazon business account but also said she’d been receiving “random packages” at her house, the last of which “made her nervous,” she said, as it contained “20 fire blankets.” Police only recently released a report of the incident.

Last Thursday morning, a Lotus Avenue resident noticed his garbage can was missing. It has happened several times over the last few months, he told police, and he wanted the thefts documented.
