Fly Into the Sun, the Watermill Center’s annual summer benefit on July 29, is sold out in several categories, but there are still tickets left for cocktails and dinner at a few levels of pricing.This year’s soiree will honor Laurie Anderson and Isabelle Huppert in tribute to Lou Reed. Reed, who died in 2013, was Ms. Anderson’s husband. They lived in Springs.Art installations on the grounds will include 30 works and performances in tribute to Reed by artists such as Daniel Monroy Cuevas, Rachel Frank, Damir Ocko, and Stephen Shanabrook. Also on view will be the usual installations of the center’s summer program residents.For those who can’t make the benefit, there are opportunities to participate by bidding on the many art pieces that are up for auction at the benefit and online through Artsy. The 140 works include pieces by Larry Bell, Joseph Kosuth, Carrie Mae Weems, Ilya and Emilia Kabakov, Annie Leibovitz, James Rosenquist, and Paul Thek.
