Shop and Surf

The Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill will open a pop-up shop inside its lobby from Friday through Sunday during regular gallery hours. Offerings will include accessories, tabletop pieces, gift memberships, and such holiday items as white snow globes, ornaments, candles and diffusers in holiday scents, soaps, dishes, salad bowls, and Parrish Honey, the first production from the museum’s own hives.

The museum’s shop will continue to stock art books and supplies, jewelry and scarves, games, toys, and puzzles, among other items.

Museum visitors who are shopped out can vicariously catch a wave by taking in “Breath,” a surf movie from Australia that follows two teenage boys growing up in a remote corner of the Western Australian coast. The boys form a friendship with Sando, a mysterious older surfer and adventurer who encourages them to take risks that will affect on their lives.

The film, which was an official selection of the 2018 Toronto and Seattle International Film Festivals, is the directorial debut of Simon Baker, an actor who also plays Sando. It will be shown tomorrow evening at 6. Tickets are $15, $5 for members and students.

Late-Night Comedy

A late-night All Star Stand-Up Comedy Show will happen at Bay Street Theater in Sag Harbor on Saturday at 9:30 p.m. The show is in partnership with, and hosted by, Joseph Vecsey of Optimum’s “The Unmovers” and Netflix’s “Father of the Year.”

It will feature sets by Dante Nero and Ayanna Dookie. An actor as well as a comedian, Mr. Nero has been performing at comedy clubs since 2000 and has appeared in such television series as “The Blacklist,” “Crashing,” and Colin Quinn’s “Cop Show.”

Ms. Dookie won the 2014 She Devil Comedy Festival and was a finalist in the New York Underground Comedy Festival Emerging Comics competition. Her credits include Fox TV’s “Laughs” and “Gotham Comedy Live.” Tickets are $30, $40 the day of the show.

Holiday Concert

The Southampton Arts Center will welcome the holidays with concerts of seasonal tunes on Saturday at 2 and 7 p.m. The program will star Valerie diLorenzo, Julienne Boone, Sue Conklin, Kelly Crowley, Justinn Harris, and Amy Kirwin, the center’s artistic director. Music direction is by Christine Caderette, percussion by Chris T. Bill, and bass by Kyle Sherlock. Santa Claus will drop by after the performances.

Tickets are $20, $15 for members, and reservations for the evening program have been recommended.

Woody Boley in Sag

The Wamponamon Masonic Music Series at the Sag Harbor Whaling and Historical Museum will feature a performance by Woody Boley on Saturday at 8 p.m. Mr. Boley’s songwriting reflects his country roots, but his band often performs the material at breakneck speeds. Tickets are $20, and a portion of proceeds will be donated to local charities.
