Fresno restaurant in East Hampton will host its first Easter brunch on Sunday from 11:30 to 3.

The 1770 House in East Hampton has a couple of tricks up its sleeve for Easter. Tickets are now on sale for the restaurant’s annual chocolate bunny raffle. The cost is $5 for one ticket, or $20 for five. The winner gets to take home the 24-inch, 10-pound milk chocolate bunny displayed in the front parlor. The proceeds will benefit the Flying Point Foundation for Autism, and the winner will be announced on Saturday.

On Sunday, starting at 5 p.m., Easter specials will be added to the restaurant’s current $65 two-course prix fixe. A starter special is spring fennel and Marcona almond soup with Swiss chard, Manchego, and garlic chive. The main course specials are rack of lamb with sweet pea leaves, morel mushrooms, leeks, and fingerling potatoes, and Berkshire pork tenderloin with roasted root vegetables and farrotto. Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and cinnamon-brown sugar caramel will be added to the dessert menu.

Fresno in East Hampton will host Easter brunch for the first time ever on Sunday from 11:30 to 3. The menu will include grilled asparagus with crispy prosciutto, hard-cooked egg, and shallot vinaigrette; truffle frittata with wild mushrooms and fontina cheese; duck hash with shredded duck confit, sautéed spinach, fried egg, and hollandaise; eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon, potato hash, and chive hollandaise; classic French toast with fresh berry compote and vanilla whipped cream, and pan-seared Scottish salmon with black forbidden rice, sautéed baby bok choy, and mango-coconut sauce. (The restaurant will reopen for dinner service at 5:30.)

Highway restaurant in Wainscott will be open for brunch on Sunday from 11 to 2. A pastry selection will feature a chocolate croissant, raisin scone, almond muffin, jam, and Vermont butter. Also on the menu are quinoa salad with grilled asparagus, peas, radishes, pumpkin seeds, and mint; shrimp and avocado toast with Fresno chile and chives; grape tomato frittata with asparagus, spinach, and arugula salad; brioche French toast with whipped cream, berries, and maple syrup, and a smoked salmon board with toast points, horseradish crème fraîche, capers, and red onion.

Cocktails include a Highway Bloody Mary, a classic mimosa, and a white peach Bellini. The restaurant will be closed for dinner on Sunday.

The Bell and Anchor in Noyac will be open for brunch on Sunday from 11:30 to 2:30. Appetizers on the vast menu include a fritto misto of clam strips, shrimp, calamari, capers, lemon, and spicy aioli; yellowfin tuna poke with avocado, cucumber, shiso, sesame seeds, and ponzu, and salt cod with potatoes and garlic.

Brunch classics include eggs Benedict with Canadian bacon, poached eggs, and hollandaise, and lobster Benedict with the same accompaniments; duck hash with poached egg and frisée with vinaigrette, and house-smoked salmon with bagel, cream cheese, capers, and red onion.

Among the mains are bouillabaisse with white fish, lobster tail, mussels, clams, and shrimp in a tomato-saffron broth; pan-roasted Scottish salmon with forbidden black rice, rainbow Swiss chard, and a blood orange reduction; vegan pasta lasagna with zucchini, yellow squash, sundried tomato marinara, cashew ricotta, and basil oil, and a grilled flat-iron steak with sautéed spinach, French fries, and béarnaise butter.

Desserts include a brownie sundae with coffee ice cream and almond cake with mascarpone cream.

Il Buco al Mare in Amagansett will have a three-course prix fixe menu to be served on Easter Sunday from noon to 9. Focaccia with ricotta, peas, and green garlic will kick off the meal for the table. The appetizer choices are fluke crudo with blood orange and fennel pollen or burrata with charred beets, pistachio, and kumquat.

Entrees are cavatelli with morels, peas, and pecorino; slow-roasted leg of lamb with labneh, marinated cucumber, and dill, or asparagus frittata with lovage and pepato cheese. Dessert options are panna cotta with rhubarb or flourless chocolate cake. The cost is $110.

In addition, from Friday  through Friday, April 25, six Montauk Pearl oysters and a spritz cocktail can be had for $28; an Easter egg hunt will be held in Il Buco’s garden on Saturday from 11 until noon, and Easter cookies and Easter bread can be preordered for pickup next door at Il Buco Vita today through Sunday.

Elaia Estiatorio in Bridgehampton will celebrate Easter on Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m. with its traditional lamb on a spit, drink specials, and “opa” happy hour at the bar from 4:30 to 6:30. The regular menu will also be available.

Calissa in Water Mill will celebrate the holiday with an a la carte menu featuring traditional Greek flavors, including magiritsa, a Greek Easter soup, and roasted leg of lamb served with grilled asparagus, carrots, roasted potatoes, and au jus. Brunch will be served from 11 to 4, and dinner service will start at 5.

Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack will host an Easter brunch pairing, a curated wine experience for up to six guests priced at $120 per person. Ninety-minute slots are available on Sunday from 11:45 to 3:15.

It will begin with a welcome toast and an amuse bouche. Next will be a burrata and smoked salmon bagel crostini, paired with Antonov sauvignon blanc. A ham-and-cheese breakfast souffle will be served with Grapes of Roth virgin berry riesling, to be followed by a Belgium waffle and fruit, paired with Noblesse Oblige sparkling rosé. The experience will conclude with a handcrafted bonbon served with a red wine from the venue’s library.

Light Bites

The Baker House 1650 at 181 Main Street in East Hampton will host a tasting of Peruvian cuisine with Guillermo Wong, a private chef with a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, on Saturday evening from 5 to 9. Guests will experience a live cooking demonstration, nine Peruvian appetizers, two handcrafted desserts, and a classic Peruvian cocktail. The cost is $100 per person.

Sparkling Pointe Vineyards and Winery in Southold will host springtime wine and macaron pairings on Saturday with time slots available every 15 minutes between 11 and 4:30. The tasting will pair three sparkling wines with three French macarons. The cost is $35 per guest. Additional glasses of sparkling wine and food pairings are available for an added fee. Reservations can be made on the website.

The Golden Pear, which has locations in Southampton, Bridgehampton, and East Hampton, is now accepting catering orders for summer parties and celebrations. Orders of $250 or more placed online or by phone before April 30 will receive $100 gift cards.
