Art and Performance at WMC

The Watermill Center's Community Day, Saturday afternoon from 3 to 6, provides an opportunity for the public to experience art installations and performances throughout the center's 10-acre campus.

Participating artists include Scott Bluedorn, David Chaffin, Philippe Cheng, Pipi Deer, East End Special Players, Saskia Friedrich, Goat on a Boat Puppet Theatre, Sylvia Hommert, Stephanie Joyce, Laurie Krupp, Bastienne Schmidt, and Sabra Moon Elliot.

Also on the program will be a blessing led by Shane Weeks of the Shinnecock Indian Nation; wellness workshops, and an installation by students from the center's Young Artists Residency Teens program. Information on area arts and community organizations will be available.

Tickets are $25, free for those under 12.
