The East Hampton Antiques and Design Show is back. This year’s show will be held on Saturday and Sunday at Mulford Farm on James Lane, and the proceeds of a preview cocktail party tomorrow night will benefit the East Hampton Historical Society.
In white tents spread out across the farm, 50 antiques and art dealers will display their wares, with a focus on vintage decorative items, including classic rattan and bamboo furniture, lighting, textiles, architectural elements, American and European folk-decorated furniture, Art Deco and Moderne items, garden ornaments, wrought-iron accessories, paintings, trade signs, period jewelry, weather vanes, and mirrors.
Tony Ingrao and Randy Kemper, the honorary chairmen of the cocktail party, are principals of Ingrao Inc., an architectural and interior design firm in New York City. Both are part-time East Hampton residents.
The show “brings everyone together amongst some of these glorious buildings so you can ‘shop ‘til you drop’ in this fabulous setting,” Mr. Kemper said in a release, touting “a great, fun event where you can see beautiful items and meet beautiful people!”
Advance tickets to the show, which will be open Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 to 5, are $18. Day-of tickets can be had at the gate for $20.
Tickets for the preview party start at $250 and include return visits over the weekend. Proceeds will benefit the historical society.
All are available from the society’s website, by emailing [email protected], or by calling 631-324-6850, extension 1.
