Lulu Kitchen is offering its Thursday night mussels special three ways.

Pizza for Due
Nick and Toni's has brought back its D.I.Y. pizza kits for fall. The kits have everything home cooks require to bake a pizza for two in their own oven. But it's not just pizza, the kits also contain the restaurant's Caesar salad for balance along with the dough, pomodoro sauce, fresh mozzarella, and detailed instructions.

The kits are available on Thursdays and Sundays only and can be ordered on the restaurant's website to pick up between 4 and 6 p.m. The cost is $40.

Early Birds
Loaves and Fishes has all the fixings for a Thanksgiving at home. Roasted or oven-ready turkey, candied sweet potatoes, caramelized onions, and cornbread stuffing are some of the options from this Sagaponack mainstay. For dessert, there are all of the favorite pies -- pumpkin, pecan, and fruit. The full holiday menu is on the store's website. Orders must be placed by Nov. 12 in person, by phone at 631-537-0555, or by email to [email protected].

Specials Season
La Fondita in Amagansett has new specials for most days of the week. Monday is for quesadillas with choices of grilled chicken, steak, or shrimp with pico de gallo and crema. Thursday is shrimp chile relleno day with refried beans, rice, salsa and corn tortillas. Fridays offer grilled marinated steak with sauteed tomatoes, peppers, onions, beans, rice, and tortillas. On Saturday, there is a mixed grill with steak, chicken, and marinated pork served with charred jalapeno, charred onion, beans, rice, salad, and hand-pressed corn tortillas. Sunday finishes the week with grilled steak and chorizo with cilantro and onions. From Friday to Sunday, the store also offers pork and hominy soup with lettuce, radish, and tostados.

At Lulu Kitchen and Bar in Sag Harbor, bottles of wine are offered at a 25-percent discount all day on Wednesday. On Thursday nights, there are mussels three ways: Thai with lemongrass and coconut milk, a chef's special of beurre blanc and tomato confit, and the classic marinieres with white wine, shallots, garlic, and parsley. A daily happy hour happens from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the bar with $5 beer, $10 wine by the glass, and a selection of cocktails for $12. Raw oysters from Montauk are $12 for six and topneck clams are $9. Other bar snacks are marinated olives, hummus, potato chips with merguez and yogurt sauce, baked camembert, and more. Reservations are recommended through Resy or calling the restaurant at 631-725-0900. Fall hours are Wednesday through Monday for lunch and dinner.

Dinner and Resets
Tapovana is now offering dinner on Fridays for delivery or pickup at the Bridgehampton Community House. The $35 family-style meal includes a salad, flat bread, fresh vegetable curry, a whole grain dish, a protein dish, and more. Orders can be made online or at the community house. Pickup is from 4 to 7 p.m. Lunch is still served Monday to Friday, to eat in or take out, from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There are a number of seasonal resets available on the website as well, using Ayurvedic principles, with cleanses and consultations.

A Stout Eye-Opener
Kidd Squid Brewing Company and Sylvester and Company have collaborated on a new brew, American Stout With Dreamy Coffee. The beer is available in the Sag Harbor tasting room and other locations and has 6.6 percent alcohol by volume.
