An exhibition of Pierson High School students' street photography — meaning compelling, candid scenes from around Sag Harbor — is on display at Bay Street Theater through the end of February.

Thirty-four photos are featured in the show, titled "Our Town." All were taken by students in the photography and advanced photography classes.

Visitors can see them during Bay Street's box office hours, which are Tuesdays to Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays when the theater opens for regularly scheduled shows. Admission is free.

"The show is, in a sense, a collection of work that shows Sag Harbor through the lens of high school students and what they deemed important about our town," Elizabeth Cataletto, Pierson's photography teacher, said in an announcement. "There is a diversity to the work, varying photographic styles, and yet there is a sense of connection and collaboration to the show in its entirety."
