Amber Waves Farm will host a community dig at which guests have been invited to dig and harvest dahlia tubers from its farm fields on Saturday at 11:30 a.m.

Originally planted five years ago, the tubers have multiplied and propagated to number more than 15,000, providing years of flowers to thousands of Amber Waves guests.

Farming apprentice graduates have also received tubers to plant in their own farms across the country. The cost is $10.
