William Earl Frame

William Earl Frame, formerly of Montauk and East Hampton, died at Redwood Memorial Hospital in Fortuna, Calif., on Sept. 27. He was 68 years old.

He is survived by a brother, Bruce Kirwin of Pine Bluff, Ark., a sister, Paula F. Hall of Imperial Beach, Calif., and his longtime partner, Nesya Tibbetts of Fortuna. While on the East End, Mr. Frame worked at Gurney's Inn in Montauk and for Seven Sons Landscaping. He was cremated. No service is planned.
