A homeless woman who’d dropped four to five bags of belongings at the senior center on the afternoon of Nov. 8 became “irate and agitated” when told she couldn’t leave personal items there. Police have since told employees that the items can be considered abandoned.

Police went to Town Hall on the afternoon of Nov. 14 after being notified of an irate man, who told the officers he was there to check on the status of a “court-ordered voucher.” A member of the town board told police he’d become “argumentative” when given the status of the voucher. Eventually, he left.

An Egypt Lane woman reported a deer stuck in vines on the afternoon of Nov. 18. Police arrived, but the deer was no longer there. It “must have escaped,” they reported.

The man blocking her car told an officer she’d been tailgating him and had then tried to pass him, so he stopped to take a photo of her license plate. He was told he should have called police first.

A Shaw Road resident appears to be learning to play the guitar with an amp, a neighbor reported on Nov. 18, and noise from the house has been a recurring issue. Police passed the complaint on to Code Enforcement.

Springs

A Copeces Lane woman reported a “very small hole” in her window on the afternoon of Nov. 9, which appeared to have come from a BB gun. The woman said she’d had a party the Saturday before, and the damage had likely occurred then. Police recorded the incident as criminal mischief.
