The East Hampton boys golf team ended its season with an 11-2 record, its second loss coming at the hands of Westhampton Beach in the quarterfinals of the Suffolk County playoffs on Oct. 29 at the Westhampton Country Club. The difference at the end was six shots — Westhampton Beach 194, East Hampton 200.
Posting excellent results this season, Colin Kelley and Ronan Walters qualified for the Suffolk County individual golf tournament, held at the Pine Hills Country Club in Manorville on Oct. 28. Kelley, a senior, and Walters, a junior, finished in 11th place and 31st place, respectively, in a field of 96 golfers.
