A Cause for Cocktails
On Saturday, South Fork Bakery will have a cocktail benefit at Tutto il Giorno in Sag Harbor. Drinks and the restaurant's hors d'oeuvres will be served, and a silent auction will feature some 50 items. Artwork, trips, culinary experiences, baskets of products produced on the East End, and more will be available for bidding. The party will be held from 4 to 6 p.m.

Proceeds will support the bakery's training and employment program for disabled adults in its kitchen in Amagansett. Tickets are $200 per person and can be purchased on the bakery's website.

Squash, Apples, Bowls
Loaves and Fishes food store has a butternut squash apple soup it is ladling out this week to greet the colder temperatures. The Sagaponack store sells it by the quart. The recipe is also in the Halsey Farm and Nursery cookbook from its series of monthly themed books paired with local farms, available in the stores or to order.

Saturday Symposium
The speaker at this week's Saturday Symposium at Bridgehampton's Armin and Judy will be Monica Ramirez-Montagut, the director of the Parrish Art Museum. She will address how to make the most of a studio visit.

Susan Meisel's signed poster, "125 Years of the Parrish Art Museum" will be available for purchase.

Reservations, for the dinner, served from 5 to 7 p.m., can be made at Open Table. The cost for the East End artist-inspired supper with wine and dessert is $75.

Special Time of Year
The Bell and Anchor has begun serving up its off-season daily specials in Noyac on Tuesdays through Sundays for dinner.

Tuesdays are chicken Milanese night with the entree and a choice of appetizer for $36. Lobster aficionados have three entrees to choose from on Wednesdays: a pasta with corn, basil, and saffron cream for $42, a steamed 1.5-pound lobster with haricots verts and fingerling potatoes for $65, and a butter poached tail with a seven-ounce filet mignon with the same sides for $72. Thursday is bouillabaisse night, when the entree and an appetizer course are $48. On Sundays, mussels and frites with an appetizer are $34.

The appetizer options are the restaurant's chowder and a Caesar or arugula salad. Tuna poke or burrata can be selected for a supplement.

Dessert can be added to any of the special menus for $6.

Grand Union
Union Burger Bar in Southampton has a weekday happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. with $6 beer, $8 wine, and $10 mixed drink specials. If you plan to stick around for dinner, on Tuesday tacos are half price, Wednesday has $5 burgers, and Fridays are for sushi lunch and signature roll specials (from 4 to 7 p.m.). There are also half-price wings and $5 beer specials when college or pro football is being played.

Tunes and Trucks
Friday Night Flights happen every week from 4 to 8 p.m. at Corey Creek Tap Room. The winery serves up its vintages with live music and treats from local food trucks. The remaining performers and purveyors for November are Haig Mathosian with Main Road Biscuit Co. on Friday, Julia King with North Sea Tavern on Friday, Nov. 17, and Gene Casey with Hampton Raclette on Nov. 24. More bands and trucks are on the schedule for December.
