There are Vegas-worthy halftime shows, and it’s an excuse to eat tiny, deep fried bird-meat parts swathed in muy picoso sauce and celery splinters sidecar-ed with blue cheese dip. I dust off my block of Velveeta cheese (Have you ever noticed it doesn’t require refrigeration?!) and make chile con queso dip.
